Chair - Anirudh Paduru
Anirudh “AP” Paduru is the Director of Customer Strategy, Planning & Governance at Exelon, where he drives enterprise-wide customer initiatives and strategic innovation. A visionary and multifaceted leader, AP brings over 15 years of experience across the electric utility landscape, with expertise in business development, process optimization, program execution, and strategic planning. He has led cross-functional teams in smart grid innovation, substation engineering, reliability programs, and emerging technologies, and notably launched Exelon Utilities’ first dedicated drone team in 2019.
AP holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Electronics & Communication, and has completed executive education programs at MIT Sloan, Wharton, and Notre Dame. A committed community leader, he was a member of Leadership Howard County’s Premier Class of 2021 and received the 2023 SASE Professional Achievement Award. -

Aron Bowman
Aron Bowman is the President of ELM MicroGrid and ELM Solar at ELM Companies, bringing more than two decades of experience in engineering, energy innovation, and large-scale utility solutions. He holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Bradley University and began his career at eServ Systems, later transitioning to Dell Services after its acquisition, where he served in roles ranging from Mechanical Engineer to Technical Account Manager and Account Executive for major industrial and defense clients. Since joining ELM in 2014, Aron has led the development and expansion of ELM’s FieldSight IoT and energy-management platforms, driving advancements in microgrids, distributed energy, battery storage, and compliance-as-a-service technologies. In his current leadership role, he oversees the deployment of battery energy storage systems, microgrid solutions, and solar technologies for utilities, large enterprises, and critical-infrastructure customers.

Paul Douglas
Paul Douglas is an entrepreneur, speaker, workforce development expert, and the President of the award-winning JPI Group. With more than 20 years of experience in recruiting and workforce development, Paul is recognized for his expertise in helping companies hire diverse talent through innovative strategies that drive growth and scalability. Raised by a single mother in an immigrant household, Paul experienced firsthand the transformative power of employment and opportunity — a perspective that later shaped the creation of The JPI Group, a family-owned company committed to expanding job access and clear pathways to STEM careers within underserved communities. Paul’s leadership is built on a distinguished track record in the staffing industry, including earning TEK Systems/Aerotek’s Top 10 Sales Productivity Award for five consecutive years, the Populus Group Climber Award, and seven AGS Director Awards for outstanding performance and growth.

Gregory Elcock
Gregory Elcock is Vice President of Customer Clean Energy Programs at Con Edison, where he leads programs that advance clean energy, improve system reliability, and help customers reduce costs while lowering carbon emissions. With extensive experience in utility operations and customer engagement, Greg has overseen initiatives in demand management, smart grid innovation, and equitable energy solutions that support New York’s climate goals. He is recognized for building partnerships that make sustainable energy more accessible across diverse communities and for championing solutions that benefit both businesses and the environment. Under his leadership, Con Edison has earned recognition for its environmental performance and clean-energy efforts, including awards for energy-saving programs and community-focused clean-energy investments.
